Opening!

First off, thank you for taking the time to visit my blog of food reviews!
My mission, with this is to provide an accurate review on various food-sources (meaning restaurants, chains, personal produce growers, etc). I understand that various community-based sites are around to serve the same purpose, but I feel that having my own blog dedicated to my own reviews would help me update more frequently, and create a more direct take on multiple food resources, including those that they may not review on those sites. This way, if you find that your views are similar to mine, you won't have to shuffle through a million posts from die-hard fans trying to promote a restaurant that they are too blind to see failing right in front of them.
I am always, however, going to be open to the option of changing my review. If I find somewhere I have eaten to be unsatisfactory due to food, atmosphere, service, etc., I will have no problem giving that place a second chance, if someone is inclined to mention to me that I may have been there on their off-days.
My reviews, however, will generally be based on at least two visits. The first post, will be my initial, first impression of the place, and then there will be a follow-up review, to confirm or deny any ideas I may have had from visiting the first time. The reason of my doing this, is because some of my favorite restaurants here in this area are of my personal mixed-reviews.
For one restaurant, on one day, the restaurant will be on it's A-game and produce great, quality service, high quality food, but the next, based on another variable (high-volume, lack of staff, etc.), may throw them in a frenzy and produce lesser quality service, or sloppy food.
Another example, one of my all time favorite chain restaurants, every time I go, I have terrible service, and they always somehow manage to get my order wrong. Now, knowing that after my 10th time with this poor service/food mess-up, I won't be going back. However, as I have been to this restaurant in various locations, I know that my experience at this one location is exclusive to itself.
